01 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions Betlian (https://betlian.ws) and constitutes a legally binding agreement between Betlian and all its users. Betlian is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and users across the globe.

These terms and conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall be considered authoritative. However, the Bengali translation is kept up to date for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

1.1 Scope of Services

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Betlian, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years is required.
• Accurate and truthful personal information must be provided.
• An individual may only one account you can create.
• Accounts are for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You may be asked to verify the information provided during registration with appropriate documentation.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Betlian complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals or for large transactions. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.

03 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Betlian, it is important to read the specific rules for each event. The general betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds may change before an event begins — the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Betlian reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Betlian's policy.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳100; maximum bet limits vary by event.

3.1 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. Betlian is not responsible for any delays caused by internet connectivity. Once a live bet is submitted and accepted by the system, the odds recorded at that point are considered final.

04 Payments & Withdrawals

Betlian supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All payment-related rules are outlined below:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• No additional charges apply to deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at Betlian are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to these terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (typically 5x–30x).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Using multiple accounts or a VPN to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Betlian reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betlian:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or fraudulent identification.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or disturbing other users.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Betlian reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Any valid balance will be returned before account closure; however, this does not apply in cases involving prohibited activities.

08 Responsible Gaming

Betlian is firmly committed to responsible betting. We want every user to enjoy their experience — without ever risking financial or emotional harm through excessive wagering.

• Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion — the option to temporarily deactivate your own account for a set period.
